- 3/4 cup chili powder (3 oz bottle)
- 3 Tablespoons cumin
- 1 Tablespoon pepper
- 1 Tablespoon paprika
- 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon onion powder
- 1 Tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt.
- We follow a low sodium diet. If you don't, go ahead and add 1 Tablespoon salt.
Use 2 tablespoons of mix per pound of meat.
